This view is from Beetham Tower looking west along Liverpool Road and towards Salford. The top photo is from 2010 and the bottom photo is from early 2024.

The photos capture some of the major changes that have happened over almost a 15 year period. This includes - in the centre of the picture - Aviva Studios on the site of the former Granada Studios. To the right is the Nickel & Dime residential development which forms part of Enterprise City, along with the St John’s Neighbourhood which is located on the former Granada TV Studios estate.

In the background is some notable major developments in Salford including Middlewood Locks along with the Ordsall Chord and the associated footbridge.
