Submission for 194 New Home in East Manchester
Euan Kellie submitted plans for the residential redevelopment of land in Openshaw in East Manchester in April 2025 on behalf of Keepmoat Homes for 194 new homes, comprising a mix of townhouses and apartment, including those suitable for affordable housing.
Manchester Road, Walkden
Armed with our existing understanding of the site and its context, and robust pre-application consultation, we prepared a planning application that was approved unanimously at planning committee.
Fifty5ive Queen Street, Salford
We advised Salboy on how to achieve a comprehensive planning permission for a city centre site, after planning permission had already been granted for half the site (Copper Works) by a previous developer.
Plans submitted for 498 East Manchester Homes
Euan Kellie, acting on behalf of Kellen Homes and Great Places Housing Association, submitted a Full Planning Application for a 498-home development to Manchester City Council in March 2025 for a site near to the Etihad Campus.

Full Planning Permission was secured for the creation of a new, meaningful, public park on behalf of Manchester City Council on the former Central Retail Park at MCC’s Planning and Highways Committee on 20th February 2025.
