This week Euan Kellie Property Solutions submitted a planning application to Liverpool City Council for the redevelopment of the former Arundel Park Care Home on Sefton Park Road.  The proposals, prepared on behalf of Sanctuary Affordable Housing, will deliver 36 new homes in a carefully designed development comprising a mix of apartments in this established residential area.

This dilapidated site had been in the Council’s sights for some time and was ripe for redevelopment.
