Our co-founder Euan is a doer. He’s happiest when he’s meeting people, solving problems and helping to unlock sites and situations.
With over 25 years’ experience under his belt, he is particularly skilled in mapping out big picture strategies. Early on in his career he was part of the team working on Manchester’s Beetham Tower, which taught him key skills in being responsive, managing stress and getting things done under pressure.

Kelly is our captain (OK, co-captain) and a safe pair of hands at the helm. She’s a team player, prioritising the team’s wellbeing and making sure that projects and the business at large are moving forward as they should be.
She’s a details person, and that gives her the innate ability to keep her finger on the pulse of all our projects. It also means she is particularly partial to project managing major EIA planning applications and the discharge of conditions on complex, major planning applications for regeneration proposals. Her motivation with all her work is getting the best result for her clients, and she typically knows her clients’ planning permissions better than they do!

She has a broad expertise advising clients across the development sector. Following a decade of experience at Deloitte Real Estate (formerly Drivers Jonas) she advises on a wide range of projects including city centre regeneration projects and large-scale residential and social housing schemes.

He brings hugely valuable insight into project work, with his experience assessing major and complex planning applications helping him to anticipate challenges and how a local planning authority might respond. It’s earned him the nickname Case Officer Ketley among his colleagues.
