Application submitted to Trafford Council for the redevelopment of the land off Bold Street, Old Trafford on behalf of Homes for Trafford LLP

The scheme, designed by Levitt Bernstein, is a landscape-led masterplan delivering new houses and apartments (161 properties) with associated parking, creating a new low-car sustainable neighbourhood on the outskirts of Manchester.

The site was previously occupied by four apartment blocks known as the ‘Bird Blocks’, which were demolished in 2013, and has been unused for over ten years.

EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the application liasing closely with Trafford MBC throughout the process.
