Approval for Lincoln House Bolton Proposals

EKPS were pleased to secure planning permission in respect of One Heritage’s proposals for the Change of Use of the existing Lincoln House from Office to  88 no. Residential Apartments.

The application sought the change of use of all five floors of building alongside a number of external alterations. This has included proposed works to improve the overall appearance of the site and the building, including new landscaping at the front of the building; perimeter planting within the rear car park; and the replacement of the existing cladding system with render, resulting in a more residential appearance overall.

The development will result in the sustainable and efficient re-use of a vacant building, which is located in a highly accessible location within walking distance of Bolton Town Centre, whilst making an important contribution to the Council’s future supply of housing.
