Ardwick Green Permission secured for Step Places
Full Planning Permission was obtained in March 2024 on behalf of Step Places for 16 no. three storey townhouses in Ardwick.
The scheme, designed by Coda Architects, fronts onto Ardwick Green and falls within the Ardwick Green Neighbourhood Development Framework which was adopted by Manchester City Council in March 2021.
Euan Kellie were responsible for co-ordinating the application and liaising closely with Manchester City Council throughout the process. The application was determined by Manchester City Council under delegated powers.
