Bellmac’s Ducie Street scheme granted planning permission

Manchester City Council has granted planning permission for Bellmac’s proposals involving land between Ducie Street and Lomax Street.

The scheme, designed by Tim Groom Architects, comprises a mixed seven-and-eight storey building. The scheme will provide a total of 41 new apartments, a number of which benefit from private balconies, as well as a shared roof terrace for residents.

The development will provide high quality homes on a site in close proximity to Manchester Piccadilly Station and contribute towards the objectives of Manchester Piccadilly Strategic Regeneration Framework.

EKPS were the agents and provided planning advice throughout the project.
