Alastair Shepherd, Director and Falconer Chester Hall said: “It’s a scheme we’re really excited about as it sits in a prime location, connecting residential and commercial areas. The building will provide a focal point and help complete to residential frontage looking into the dock.”

Euan Kellie, Director at Euan Kellie Property Solutions said: “The scheme represents a wonderful opportunity to significantly enhance not just the planning application site, but the surrounding area. It will create almost 400 new jobs and lead to major investment in Liverpool.”
