Clarendon House proposals submitted to Trafford Council

EKPS are pleased to have submitted a full planning application for the extension and redevelopment of Clarendon House on behalf of Citihaus.

The scheme, which is designed by tp Bennett, seeks permission for a number of small ground floor extensions, two storey roof extension, together with the change of use from Office to Residential providing 68 no. dwellings.

The proposed redevelopment of Clarendon House forms part of a wider masterplan for the Stamford Quarter that is being delivered by the Trafford Council / Bruntwood joint venture.

EKPS is acting as appointed planning agent on behalf of Citihaus.
