Decision Notice issued for Salford’s tallest building
Euan Kellie is proud to have received the Decision Notice in December 2023 from Salford City Council, following completion of the Section 106 legal agreement, for ‘One Heritage Tower’ in Greengate, Salford.
The tower, once complete, will be the tallest in Salford, having 55-storeys and standing at 173metres tall.
The building will add 542 new homes to the rapidly evolving regeneration area of Greengate in Salford. Alongside this the development will also include 5,400 sq ft of commercial space, split between three units, as well as a gym, co-working facilities and a resident’s sky lounge and will add a connection to the River Irwell walkway.
