Plans submitted to Salford City Council on former Buzz Bingo site
EKPS are pleased to have submitted an application for full planning permission on a brownfield site in Pendleton on behalf of Donard Affordable Homes. The proposed development is on the site of the former Buzz Bingo Hall and would repurpose the brownfield site.
The scheme, designed by POD Architects, will deliver 268 affordable homes to rent comprising one, two and three bed apartments and will also include renewed landscaping, a new children’s play area and private outdoor space for residents and visitors.
EKPS have been working closely with Salford City Council throughout the process from pre-application engagement to full planning application submission.
