Land off Ducie Street and Lomax Street, Manchester

In June 2018, EKPS submitted a full planning application to Manchester City Council on behalf of Rain City (Ducie Street) Developments Limited, in respect of a site between Ducie Street and Lomax Street.

The scheme, designed by Tim Groom Architects, comprises a mixed seven-and-eight storey building. The scheme will provide a total of 41 new apartments, a number of which benefit from private balconies, as well as a shared roof terrace for residents.

The development will provide high quality homes on a site in close proximity to Manchester Piccadilly Station and contribute towards the objectives of Manchester Piccadilly Strategic Regeneration Framework.

The application is likely to be determined by Manchester City Council in Autumn 2018.
