Permission granted for redevelopment of former Kingsway public house

Full Planning Permission was secured by Euan Kellie Property Solutions in January 2018, on behalf of Cube Great Places, for the redevelopment of the site of the Kingsway Public House in Levenshulme.

The scheme, designed by Bowker Sadler Architects, comprises 31 new units including 26 no. two bedroom apartments, 1 no. one bedroom apartment and 4 no. four bedroom townhouses, along with on-site car parking and hard and soft landscaping.

Cube Great Places are expected to make a start on-site during 2018.
