Planning and Listed Building Consent secured on Byrom Street, Manchester

EKPS has secured full planning permission and listed building consent for internal and external alterations including a new rear extension to the Grade II listed property at 27 Byrom Street in Manchester City Centre on behalf of CG Recovery Limited to create a unique new office space for their business.

EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the application and liaising closely with Manchester City Council Planning and Conservation Officers up to determination of the application.

The proposals were approved by Manchester City Council under delegated powers in December 2021.
