Plans submitted for new residential development in Eccles

Euan Kellie submitted plans to Salford City Council on behalf of CERT Property Limited for a new residential development within Eccles town centre.

The scheme, designed by Liverpool-based architects Architectural Emporium, will deliver 124 new homes, including town houses, duplex apartments and one and two-bedroom apartments.   The proposals will create active frontages onto Albert Street and Peel Street, along with a gateway elevation at the junction of Albert Street and Russell Street.

The scheme includes a shared landscaped community garden for residents, designed by CW Studio.

Euan Kellie managed the preparation and coordination of the Planning Application on behalf of CERT and led on pre-application discussions with Salford City Council.
