Submission for 194 New Home in East Manchester

Euan Kellie submitted plans for the residential redevelopment of land in Openshaw in East Manchester in April 2025 on behalf of Keepmoat Homes for 194 new homes, comprising a mix of townhouses and apartment, including those suitable for affordable housing.

The JTP Architects designed scheme includes the provision of 124 one and two bedroom apartments within four separate four-storey apartment blocks overlooking the Ashton Canal and 70 two and three storey houses with a mix of two, three and four bedroom.  It also includes 62 Affordable homes.

The proposed landscape design will provide an attractive and welcoming environment for the new neighbourhood, as well as protecting and enhancing the existing landscape features on.
