The bottom photo is from September 2024 and shows the incredible change in this part of both Salford and Manchester in the past 15 years.
On the left is Muse’s Eden building, designed by Make Architects; the New Bailey Car Park designed by AHR; No.1 Spinngfields, designed by SimpsonHaugh; The Slate Yard neighbourhood which includes the Graphite, Flint, and under construction Quartz building - all designed by AHR; and, the 32 and 36 storey Nickel & Dime developments, designed by Denton Corker Marshall, which forms part of Enterprise City.
