Another view from Arthur Millwood Court in Salford, looking northeast towards the junction of Chapel Street and Trinity Way

“shows the sheer scale of change that has taken place over the past 15 years or so”

Following the theme introduced earlier in September 2024, this is another view from Arthur Millwood Court in Salford, looking northeast towards the junction of Chapel Street and Trinity Way (Strangeways visible in the background on both photos).

The top photo is from a gloomy day in March 2009 whilst the bottom photo is from September 2024 and shows the sheer scale of change that has taken place over the past 15 years or so.

In terms of picking a few of the major residential led developments that have been delivered/ are being delivered, this includes (from left to right): Atelier by ECF; Obsidian by Salboy; Local Blackfriars by Salboy; Alto, Bankside, Anaconda Cut, all by RENAKER; Embankment Exchange by Legacie; Cortland and One Greengate by RENAKER; and, The Filaments by UK Land and Property.

Thanks again to Salix Homes for their help in getting the latest photo.
