The top photo is from 2008 and shows the view towards Islington Wharf, designed by Broadway Malyan. The former Presbar Diecastings foundry is also visible, which ceased operations in 2020.

The bottom photo is from June 2025 and shows Property Alliance’s Oxygen scheme designed by Jon Matthews Architects. The scheme includes three towers of 32, 16 and 10 storeys, comprising a total of 372 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 12 townhouses.

The Presbar building is now DIECAST, which opened in 2023.
