This one is definitely a favourite of Euan’s: view from Cloud 23 at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate looking north.

The top photo is from 2007 (note the construction at Spinningfields) whereas the bottom photo is from end January 2024.

Scrolling left to right there are so many developments of all sizes that have successfully been delivered over the past 17 years. This includes schemes at Greengate, 125 Deansgate, City Suites 1 & 2, Brazennose Street, New Victoria, One Angel Square. Looking to the future St Michael’s Phase One is also visible. Also: anyone remember the Exchange Square Wheel? 🎡
