This one is definitely one of our favourites: the view from Oxford Street/ Mosley Street looking down Lower Mosley Street.

The top photo was kindly provided by Chris Burnett of Chris Burnett Associates and dates back to 2007. Peter House on the left , Midland Hotel on the right and Bridgewater Hall in the centre of the picture (note the old tram!)

The bottom photo is from November 2024 and shows the incredible change courtesy of the New Jackson neighbourhood that has been delivered by RENAKER with Deansgate Square, Crown Street, The Blade, and Three60, along with Axis in the foreground by Property Alliance, all of which have been delivered in the past seven years.
