221-223 Ordsall Lane proposals submitted for planning
On 3 July 2017, EKPS submitted a planning application to Salford City Council on behalf of Selectric Investments Limited, seeking approval for the redevelopment of a site on Ordsall Lane, Salford.
The scheme, designed by Fletcher Rae Architects, comprises 196 new units including a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses, along with commercial uses at ground floor, on-site car parking and hard and soft landscaping.
The site is currently occupied by Selectric who are actively seeking new premises within Salford to be able to relocate and expand their business.
The site lies within the Ordsall Riverside area, which has been subject to a number of planning applications for new residential development, some of which are now on site.
EKPS is the agent for the application.
