Brunswick Way proposals submitted to Liverpool City Council

On 30 June 2017, North West Industrial Estates Limited submitted an application to Liverpool City Council for a mixed use residential-led development comprising 240 residential units, ground floor commercial space, on-site car parking and public realm improvements adjacent to Brunswick Dock, Liverpool.

Designed by Falconer Chester Hall Architects, the proposed building rises a maximum of 12 storeys and comprises a mix of one and two bedroom high quality, spacious apartments, many with private terraces.

The application site fronts onto Brunswick Dock, bounded by Brunswick Way, Summers Road and Century Buildings and is currently surplus car parking associated with Brunswick Business Park.

The scheme proposes significant improvements to the existing public realm creating an attractive living and working environment at the north end of Brunswick Dock, continuing the ongoing regeneration of the dock area.

Euan Kellie Property Solutions is the appointed planning consultant on the project.
