268 Deansgate proposals submitted to Manchester City Council

On 6 February 2017, EKPS submitted a planning application to Manchester City Council on behalf of JR Properties.

The application seeks approval for the change of use of the existing building (excluding the ground floor retail unit) and development of an additional two storey roof level extension, and external improvements, to create 12 high quality residential apartments.

The scheme has been designed by Cartwright & Gross Architects.
