Tib Street redevelopment proposals approved by Manchester City Council

On Thursday 9 February 2017, Manchester City Council Planning Committee approved Tibst’s proposals for the redevelopment of the car park bound by Tib Street, Church Street, Joiner Street and Bridgewater Street.

The proposals, designed by IDP Architects, comprise a nine-storey building with 183 apartments (Use Class C3) – a mixture of one, two and three bed units.

EKPS provided advice throughout the process.
