3 Consents for Vistry Partnerships in Cheshire West and Chester

EKPS have secured full planning permission, subject to the completion of S111 agreements, on behalf of Vistry Partnerships, for three sites which collectively will deliver 189 new homes and make a meaningful contribution to the supply of market and affordable homes across Cheshire West and Chester.

The developments will deliver homes in both Ellesmere Port and Winsford, with 82 new homes proposed at the Former Handley Hill School site; 55 new homes at the former Acorns Primary School site; and 52 new homes at the former Rivacre Business Park. The developments are being delivered in partnership with Cheshire West and Chester Council and at each site 30% of the new homes will be affordable housing.

EKPS coordinated and submitted the three planning applications on behalf of Vistry Partnerships and led on discussions with planning officers throughout the pre-application and determination process. All three applications were unanimously approved at Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Planning Committee on 23 January 2019.
