55-storey One Heritage Tower granted planning permission

EKPS is delighted to have secured planning permission on behalf of One Heritage Tower for a 14 and 55 storey building comprising 545 residential units in the heart of Greengate, Salford.

The 173 metre building also includes 5,400 sq ft of commercial space, split between three units, as well as a gym, co-working facilities and a residents’ sky lounge on the 52nd floor.

The scheme was designed by OMI Architects and construction is expected to commence this year, with an estimated completion date of 2023/4.

EKPS has provided planning advice to One Heritage Tower throughout the project.
