On Wednesday 17 August, EKPS submitted a planning application to Wyre Council on behalf of The Strategic Land Group, seeking outline approval for up to 108 dwellings on land off Brockholes Crescent, Poulton-le-Fylde.

Although the application is in outline it has been accompanied by an indicative masterplan prepared by LMP Architectural Consultants which shows one way in which the site could be developed, taking into account the various constraints and opportunities.
