Tib Street car park redevelopment proposals submitted by EKPS

On Friday 7 October 2016, EKPS submitted a full planning application to Manchester City Council on behalf of Tibst Limited, seeking approval for the redevelopment of the car park bound by Tib Street, Church Street, Joiner Street and Bridgewater Street.

The proposals, designed by IDP Architects, comprise a nine-storey building with 183 apartments (Use Class C3) – a mixture of one, two and three bed units.

EKPS provided advice throughout the process.
