Application submitted to Manchester City Council for redevelopment at 27-33 King Street West, The Carriage Works & Warehouse

EKPS are pleased to have submitted an application for full planning permission and listed building consent to MCC on behalf of Property Alliance Group.

The scheme, designed by Jon Matthews Architects, seeks full planning and listed building consent to create a 13-storey new-build office within the St Mary’s Parsonage SRF area, and a heritage-led renovation of a historic carriage works into a modern workspace. The design was carefully coordinated in order to sensitively renovate the most historically important parts of the site whilst providing a new landmark building.

EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the applications liaising closely with Manchester City Council, throughout the process.
