Buzz Bingo redevelopment proposals approved by Salford City Council

EKPS are pleased to have secured a recommendation for approval at Planning Committee for Donard Living’s proposals involving the former Buzz Bingo site in Pendelton, Salford.

The proposals comprise 268 dwellings, including 117 one-bedroom apartments, 137 with two bedrooms, 10 three-bedroom flats and a quartet of three-bedroom maisonettes. All of the homes would be available for affordable rent.

The proposals were designed by POD Architects and EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the application, and liaising closely with Salford City Council to secure a recommendation for approval at Salford City Council on 1 September 2022.
