Application submitted to Manchester City Council for redevelopment of brownfield site in Didsbury

EKPS are pleased to have submitted a full planning application for the redevelopment of land at Didsbury Point, on behalf of Southway Housing Trust.

The scheme, designed by Buttress Architects, seeks to bring one of the remaining plots at Didsbury Point into active use as 100% affordable housing, by providing 76 homes (a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom dwellings) in the form on a six- to eight-storey apartment block with a medical centre on the ground floor.

EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the application and liaising closely with Manchester City Council throughout the process.
