Permission granted for redevelopment on Temple Street in Birmingham City Centre
EKPS are pleased to have secured full planning consent on behalf of EPIC (GP Temple Row) Ltd for the redevelopment of a vacant office building on Temple Street, Brirmingham.
The development comprises the retention of the existing 41-42 Temple Street façade, demolition of the remaining elements of the property and the construction of a new 6 storey building which will include the provision of Office and Commercial Space.
EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the application liaising closely with Birmingham City Council to secure a positive outcome for our client.
