Approval for Keepmoat Homes’ 119 unit scheme in Speke

On Tuesday 25 July 2017, Liverpool City Council was minded to approve Keepmoat Homes’ planning application seeking approval for 119 new homes on the former Millwood County Primary School site on Greenway Road in Speke.

The scheme has been designed by architects MCK Associates.

EKPS were the appointed agents and were responsible for coordinating the planning application submission.
