Approval for One Manchester’s Affordable Housing Scheme at Moston Campus, Manchester

EKPS is delighted to have secured planning consent from Manchester City Council on behalf of One Manchester for the redevelopment of the former Manchester College Moston Campus site.

The residential scheme, designed by tp bennett, will provide 60 affordable new homes – a mix of 50 houses and 10 apartments, comprising one, two and three bed properties.

In addition, the scheme will include informal pocket park areas consisting of informal tree and shrub planting and grassed areas.

Alongside EKPS and tp bennett, the project was co-ordinated by Arcus Consulting.
