Belfield Mill Lane permission for Great Places

In December 2019 EKPS secured full planning permission, subject to the completion of the S106 agreement, on behalf of Great Places Housing Association on the site off Belfield Mill Lane, Rochdale.

The development will deliver 28 new affordable residential three and four bedroom family homes for shared ownership, with associated landscaping and infrastructure.

EKPS coordinated and submitted the planning application documentation on behalf of Great Places and led on discussions with planning officers throughout both the pre-application and determination process. The application was unanimously approved at Rochdale Council’s Planning Committee on 18 December 2019.
