Reserved Matters consent secured for 122 new residential dwellings in Chorley

In January 2020 EKPS secured Reserved Matters consent, subject to the completion of a S106 Agreement, on behalf of Trafford Housing Trust and L&Q Developments Limited on the site to the north of Euxton Lane in Chorley.

The development will deliver 122 new residential dwellings comprising a mix of two, three- and four-bedroom family homes for open market sale as well as a considerable on-site affordable housing provision, in the form of a mix of family homes for both affordable shared ownership and affordable rent.

EKPS played a key role in the coordination of the Reserved Matter submission, including the management of the team of technical consultants, but also lead on pre-application discussions with Chorley Council’s planning officers. The application was unanimously approved at Chorley Borough Council’s Planning Committee on 14 January 2020.
