Coburg Street proposals in Portsmouth submitted for planning

EKPS has submitted a planning application to Portsmouth City Council on behalf of Glenmore Student Property.

The proposals seek full planning permission for the redevelopment of the site currently occupied by Unity Hall on Coburg Street and the erection of a purpose-built student accommodation scheme comprising 123 studios.

The scheme has been designed by DAY Architectural.
