Revised Watling Street proposals submitted to Cheshire West

EKPS has submitted a revised planning application to Cheshire West & Chester Council on behalf of Galliford Try Partnerships.

The proposals, designed by Pozzoni, include a 70-unit residential building in Northwich Town Centre, designed specifically for over 55s.

The scheme responds to concerns raised by Committee Members during the determination of the previous application.
