EKPS submit Speke planning applications on behalf of Keepmoat Homes

On 14 December 2016, EKPS submitted two planning applications to Liverpool City Council, seeking approval for 266 residential units across two sites.

The first site is the former Speke Community Comprehensive School on Central Avenue, where 147 dwellings are proposed.  The second site is the former Millwood County Primary School on Greenway Road which comprises 119 proposed dwellings.

The scheme has been designed by architects MCK Associates.

EKPS was responsible for coordinating the planning application submission.
