Permission secured for revised Astley Point proposals

Wigan Council has granted planning permission for Salcaul’s revised Astley Point proposals.

The £9 million, 4.5-acre development will consist of 12 luxury one and two-bedroom apartments in two new three-storey buildings, two three-bedroom exclusive penthouse apartments and 14 family homes (28 dwellings in total). In addition it will include a new dining and entertainment destination, secure parking for all residents and new landscaping – including a water feature and extensive planting – as well as create 70 jobs.

EKPS were planning agents and provided strategic advice throughout.
