Lincoln House proposals in Bolton submitted on behalf of One Heritage

EKPS is pleased to have submitted a planning application on behalf of One Heritage which seeks to convert the vacant Lincoln House building on Nelson Street in Bolton to 88 apartments.

The proposals, designed by PH3 Architects, include 24 studio apartments; 40 one-bed apartments; 23 two-bed apartments; and one three-bed apartments. On-site landscaping will also be provided along with car parking.

Alongside the change of use the proposals seek to change the existing colour clad outriggers at the front of the building to grey, matching the remainder of the building. The external walkway at the fourth floor will also be improved with a glass balustrade to provide external amenity space for residents of the apartments; additional windows are also proposed for the fourth floor.
