Manchester Gin proposals submitted for planning

EKPS has been appointed by Manchester Gin to prepare and submit an application – and application for Listed Building Consent – to change the use of the vacant Grade II* listed arches along Watson Street in Manchester city centre.

The scheme has been designed by Manchester-based Up North Architects and seeks approval for a gin distillery with visitor experience including gin school, bar/ restaurant, and ancillary office and storage space, together with elevational alterations.

Subject to the granting of the necessary approvals, Manchester Gin hopes to be in the units and operating during 2019.
