Planning and Listed Building Consent approved to bring vacant Grade II listed building back to life

Euan Kellie Property Solutions has secured planning permission and listed building consent on behalf of ACLO for the refurbishment and adaptive reuse of Marlsbro House on Newton Street, in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

The approval will enable the vacant Grade II listed building to be brought back into active use through a carefully considered mix of creative, cultural, hospitality and office uses.

The scheme provides an opportunity to restore an important heritage asset while contributing to the continued evolution of the Northern Quarter and bringing new activity to the building.

Euan Kellie Property Solutions co-ordinated the planning and listed building consent applications, working alongside the wider project team, including MAKE (NW) Limited, Archer Humphryes Architects and Donald Insall Associates.
