Planning application approved for a new Children’s Residential Home on behalf of Bright Futures Care Limited

EKPS are proud to continue to support Bright Futures Care Limited (BFC), with their expansion of residential care homes within Cheshire and the Liverpool City Region.

BFC is an established Specialist Care and Education Provider; committed to building upon its proud reputation of being a ‘quality provider’ for the past 20 years and specialising in caring for children and young adults with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder (“ASD”) and / or other complex disabilities.

Most recently, EKPS have secured consent for the change of use, extension and refurbishment of an existing property in Rainford, which will provide high quality residential accommodation for Children. The application was heard at St Helens Planning Committee on 1 November 2022 and was unanimously recommended for approval by members, subject to conditions.
