We secured Planning Permission on behalf of Homes for Trafford at Trafford Planning Committee on 13 February 2025 for a residential scheme consisting of 147 new homes.

Homes for Trafford is a partnership between L&Q Group and Trafford Borough Council aimed at unlocking sites to provide “homes for all” within the Trafford Borough, and the scheme includes a commitment to the delivery of 50% affordable housing across the site comprising 73  homes for affordable units both for social rent and intermediate options such as shared ownership or rent-to-buy.

We worked closely with Levitt Bernstein Architects and Trafford Borough Council officers to develop the best possible design solution for the site which included quality place-making and good design integrating the site into the urban grain and reintroducing a traditional network of streets, as well as the enhancement of local biodiversity through the delivery of 5,600 sqm of new public open space and 104 new trees.
