Euan Kellie Property Solutions is pleased to announce that full planning permission has been successfully secured for an exciting new padel facility at Chester West Business Park.

The approved development will transform the currently vacant Minerva House into a vibrant, modern padel centre for The Padel Club. The scheme includes seven indoor courts and two outdoor courts, alongside high-quality supporting amenities such as a café, retail space, changing facilities, and staff offices. Dedicated parking for both vehicles and cycles will also be provided, ensuring easy access for visitors.

This approval represents a significant boost for the local community. The new facility will bring a dynamic leisure offering to the area, encouraging active lifestyles and creating a welcoming social hub for players of all levels. In addition, the development is expected to generate approximately 20–25 full-time equivalent jobs, supporting local employment and contributing to the wider economy.

Operating daily from 06:00 to 23:00, the centre will provide flexible access for both early risers and evening users, helping to establish Chester West Business Park as a destination not only for business, but also for health, wellbeing, and community engagement.
