Plans submitted for 100% affordable housing for housing and care provider

This week Euan Kellie Property Solutions submitted a planning application to Liverpool City Council for the redevelopment of the former Arundel Park Care Home on Sefton Park Road.  The proposals, prepared on behalf of Sanctuary Affordable Housing, will deliver 36 new homes in a carefully designed development comprising a mix of apartments in this established residential area.

The scheme will provide 100% affordable homes for social rent, helping to address local housing needs while making efficient use of a previously developed site.  The development has been designed to prioritise accessibility, energy efficiency and high-quality landscaping, ensuring a comfortable and sustainable place for future residents. Alongside new homes, the proposals will enhance the character of the area and make a positive contribution to the community by bringing an underused site back into active use.
