Proposals for 509-home Leeds scheme submitted
Euan Kellie Property Solutions submitted plans for a new large-scale housing development to Leeds City Council earlier this week on behalf of Forshaw Land and Property Group, to be known as New Foundry Square.
The scheme, designed by Ollier Smurthwaite Architects, aims to deliver 504 new homes across six multi-storey towers between five and 12 storeys in height. Plans also feature a raft of amenities, including retail space, residents lounge & private dining area, cinema, gym, co-working office and a pool.
The development, situated on a currently vacant site to the west of Leeds city centre, spans 3.7 acres and sits at the south of Kirkstall Road, a key arterial route.
