Revised Back Turner Street proposals submitted on behalf of Salboy

EKPS has submitted a full planning application to Manchester City Council on behalf of Salboy Limited in respect of a site on Back Turner Street in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

The scheme, designed by Jon Matthews Architects, comprises a residential-led development comprising three unique interlinking buildings delivering 65 high-specification one, two and three-bed apartments, with commercial uses at ground level and significant public realm improvements around the site.

The scheme has been designed following consultation with neighbouring residents and stakeholders, and the application is likely to be determined by Manchester City Council in Summer 2019.
